Preseason Performance Lab
The Preseason Performance Lab is a 4-week high-level training program built for middle and high school athletes preparing to step into their season stronger, faster, and more confident. What sets this program apart is the intentional combination of elite basketball skill work and structured strength training. Players will be challenged with game-speed reps, advanced footwork, shooting reps, and live decision-making scenarios — all while building the physical strength, mobility, and endurance needed to compete at a high level.
Strength training isn’t just an add-on — it’s a separator. Athletes will learn how to train their bodies to absorb contact, move with power, and reduce injury risk. Each session is designed to develop smarter, stronger players who are mentally and physically prepared to perform when it counts.
